Life Flight

In March of 2022, our Fundraising and Marketing Team attended the virtual FINZ awards (Fundraising Institute of New Zealand), where we celebrate the extraordinary work of not-for-profits all over the country. Life Flight, along with our incredible sponsor Westpac were thrilled to be awarded not only the Best Partnership Award but the Overall Fundraising Excellence Award for our 40-year partnership.

We are over the moon to be mentioned alongside so many incredible charities, as we recognise their mahi over these challenging few years. They have all strived for success in what was an incredibly tough year for fundraisers.

A big thanks to Michelle and the team at FINZ; you have done an incredible job at persevering through four postponements to bring us a fabulous night, and we thoroughly look forward to the next one. Also, to our amazing supporters who believe in the importance of our service and continue to help kiwis in need, thank you.

And finally, to the team at Westpac, thank you for being with us for 40 years of saving lives. We are incredibly privileged to have such a great relationship and working together for four decades has only made us stronger. Massive shoutout to Toni and the team, along with the Chopper Champs who get behind us every step of the way – here’s to 40 more!
