  • I was flown by Life Flight and would like to know more about the crew and flight path. What should I do?

    If you’d like to know more about your flight or the crew who cared for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. You can call or message us with the date and location of your flight, and we’ll do our best to assist.

    If you’d like to visit the airbase, you’re more than welcome to pop in, or schedule a visit. If you let us know in advance we can arrange a time when your crew might be here (unless they’re out on a mission).

  • I am a regular giver (Red Angel). How do I change/cancel my donation?

    Firstly, thank you so much for your generous support as a Red Angel. We understand that circumstances change, and are grateful for the support you have given us. If you would like to reduce, pause or cancel your gift, please call us on 04-920 2242 during business hours, Monday to Friday. Our friendly team will assist you.

  • How do I get a receipt for my donation?

    Thank you for your generous donation! Receipts for one-off donations should be received in your inbox shortly after you make the donation. If you are a regular giver, you will receive one tax receipt at the end of the financial year (in the month of April). If you have any questions or would like to be sent a receipt, please fill out the form or give us a call.

  • I received a phone call asking me to donate - is it safe?

    We are currently getting a little help from our partners at Unity4 and Mondial to raise awareness and to give members of the public the opportunity to support us. We are a small team so this allows us to focus on other areas of the organisation.

    Calls from this number: (04) 901 6943 are from the Unity 4 team and these numbers (04) 889 5539, (04) 889 5537 and (04) 889 5533 are from the Mondial team calling on behalf of Life Flight. If you are ever unsure about someone calling on our behalf, do not hesitate to contact us.
