As Life Flight’s new Events Manager, you’ll manage the full spectrum of our events portfolio, from small community gatherings to large-scale events with 1,000+ attendees. These events are an essential income stream for Life Flight, directly funding lifesaving missions. You’ll be responsible for nurturing, growing and developing this vital channel by:

• Owning and delivering the entire lifecycle for events – from strategy, planning, execution and evaluation
• Overseeing the financial success of the events portfolio, ensuring a strong return on investment and budget management
• Crafting compelling content for event promotion
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors and suppliers
• Overseeing and coordinating volunteers required for events
• Working closely with the wider Life Flight team to ensure smooth event execution
